NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Classes in Missouri

Course Description: Student learns the basics of how to select, handle, operate and safely shoot and care for modern handguns, primarily revolvers and semi-automatic actions, including a substantial amount of supervised shooting from standard positions, from NRA Certified Pistol Instructors.

Course Notes: Class size is limited to 16 students (minimum enrollment 3), minimum age 18 unless accompanied by a parent or adult guardian. Everything needed for this course is provided in class, no previous firearms experience required. Students may bring their own handgun if they wish (any caliber, revolver or semi-automatic, any sights, must pass a safety inspection) but those who do must also bring a minimum 100 rounds of appropriate ammunition (no reloads allowed). Course includes both indoor classroom and outdoor shooting range activities, dress for comfort.
