NRA Home Personal Protection Classes in Missouri

Course Description: This is an Intermediate Level course, and requires successful completion of the NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Class, or other equivalent training or experience. Student learns practical skills and strategies to avoid, control and survive criminal assault in and around the home or business. This course includes substantial supervised shooting from a variety of positions, and also includes an expert presentation on the civil and criminal risks and responsibilities of choosing to own a firearm for personal protection in Missouri. (NRA is currently developing a separate training course for areas where concealed carry of firearms outside the home or business is generally allowed by law. That doesn't include Missouri... but we're working on changing that.)
